Wedding plans don’t just start with the venue, the menu, or the band — grooming and hair are part of the vision long before the big day arrives. From fresh cuts to the final details, helping grooms look and feel their best for one of the biggest moments of their lives is something I truly love being part of. The process, the preparation, and seeing it all come together on wedding day never gets old.

Start Early
Grooming isn’t a day-of decision. Think about your hair and skin routine at least 5-6  months out. This gives you time to try different cuts, find the right products, and dial in a look that feels like you — just elevated.

Get the Right Cut
Book your haircut 1–2 weeks before the wedding, not the day before. You want the style to settle and look natural. Schedule regular trims leading up to it so the shape stays clean.

Know Your Products
Don’t try anything new on the day. Work with your stylist ahead of time to find what holds and finishes best for your hair type — matte clay, pomade, texturizing spray — and practice at home so you’re confident.

Destination Weddings: Pack Smart
Humidity, wind, and salt air can throw off your whole routine. Bring your trusted styling product, a humidity-resistant finishing spray, dry shampoo for in-between events, and a comb that suits your style. Don’t count on finding your go-to products when you get there.

The Morning Of
Stick to what you’ve practiced. Same products, same routine — just with extra time built in. A calm groom is a confident groom.
